1. Can you make items with multiple dogs or cats? Is there an extra charge? Yes, multiple pets are available, and there are no additional charges beyond the listed price!

3. Can I use different designs or different photos for the front and back sides? Yes, you can have different designs and photos on each side with no extra fees!

5. Can you only make products using photos of dogs and cats? We can create them using portraits of people as well as illustrations or drawings. As long as you provide the image files (such as PSD, AI, PNG, etc.), anything is possible!

7. How long does shipping take? Items are produced and shipped within 2 days based on the final approval of the design draft! If you leave your photos and requests after purchasing, we try our best to send the draft on the same day. For orders placed in the afternoon, drafts will be sent by the next morning!
