For purchases completed through Platform checkout, the operator trading as FindsWith.com is the buyer-facing Merchant of Record. Buyers pay FindsWith.com, which manages payment processing, transaction support, refunds, and chargebacks. Creators supply and fulfill products under the Creator Supply & Dropshipping Agreement.
A Creator is responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and fulfillment of their products. FindsWith.com remains responsible for its buyer-facing payment and refund obligations as Merchant of Record.
4. Responsibility for Content
The person responsible for editorial content is not yet published. Users and Creators remain responsible for content they submit, including product listings, posts, reviews, comments, images, and videos.
