Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FindsWith.com ("the Platform"). By creating an account, placing an order, accepting these Terms where a checkbox is provided, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Account and Registration

1. You must be a natural person with full legal capacity, or a minor acting under the supervision of a legal guardian.
2. Your email address is the unique identifier for your account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
3. The Platform supports third-party sign-in (Google, Facebook, X / Twitter). When you first use one of these methods, you authorize the Platform to read basic profile information (email, display name, avatar) to complete your registration.
4. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you should change your password immediately in Settings → Security or contact support.

3. Creator Guidelines

1. After applying to become a creator, you may publish products, updates, livestreams and digital content on the Platform.
2. You warrant that the content you publish is truthful, lawful, does not infringe any third-party rights and does not violate public policy.
3. The Platform reserves the right to remove content, issue warnings or suspend accounts in case of violations.
4. You are responsible for accurate listings, lawful products, inventory, product quality, shipping, and fulfillment. Additional terms are in the Creator Supply & Dropshipping Agreement.

4. Buyer Guidelines

1. Please read the product details, pricing, shipping fees and shipping time carefully before placing an order.
2. Orders cannot be cancelled arbitrarily after payment; special items (e.g. custom-made goods) follow the rules described on the product page.
3. You may not engage in malicious buying, manipulated transactions, fake reviews, or abusive complaints; violations may result in account suspension and legal recourse.
4. If a product arrives damaged or defective, you should initiate a return within 14 days of delivery; see also our Returns & Refunds page.

5. Merchant of Record and Payments

1. FindsWith.com is the buyer-facing Merchant of Record for purchases completed through Platform checkout. Your payment is made to FindsWith.com, not directly to a Creator.
2. The Platform manages payment processing, buyer-facing refunds, chargebacks, and transaction support. Creators remain responsible for supplying and fulfilling their products.
3. Available payment methods depend on payment-provider eligibility, customer location, currency, and Platform configuration.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any original text, images, videos, designs or other creative content you upload to the Platform. You grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to use such content within the scope of operating the service, including on-site display, promotion and operational activities. The Platform's overall logo, UI, copy and trademarks remain the property of the verified platform operator.

7. Fees and Taxes

The Platform may charge a service fee on certain transactions; the exact rate is disclosed on the product page or in the creator dashboard. FindsWith.com collects or remits transaction taxes only where legally required and operationally configured to do so. Creators remain responsible for their income, business, payroll, customs, registration, and other Creator-specific tax obligations. Buyers remain responsible for taxes or import charges that applicable law places directly on them.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

1. The Platform is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party service outages or government actions.
2. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any permitted limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as our business evolves or as the law changes. We will post a notice on the Platform home page for at least 7 days before the updated terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
