▶ J-Maison macarons are handmade fat macarons (ttung-carons) approximately 4.5 cm in diameter and about 4 cm thick.

▶ J-Maison macarons use coarsely ground almond flour, so the macaron shell (cqueque) surface may look slightly rough, but with the belief in using only good ingredients, anyone can enjoy them with peace of mind. We take pride in our chewy-textured macarons, achieved through J-Maison's unique shell-making methods and the maturation process with the filling.
